Also have the Govt check out what happens to balances in Dormant A/c's. According to R.B.I. guidelines, these are supposed to be deposited with the RBI within a time frame of their being classified as Dormant. Is this being done? Or, more likely, the balances are, against all ethics, transferred to the Banks P & L a/c under the head of other income, to boost their bottom line. more
Talk about frauds? This is one of the bigger ones...even bigger than the 2G and Coalgate. Have all the Banks to disclose their income on this Head alone, for the past 5 years (should be possible with a single click of the button), and you will see what i mean. more
