I am indeed happy to observe that Local Circle is a good platform to share our views on public grievance. However, I suggest that we, the members, should support the consumer forum to become strong and encourage masses to get in touch with the Consumer forum to resolve their problems with unscrupulous builders, manufacturers and businessmen. I am volunteer to take initiatives in this regards. more
I suggest that the Consumer Forum should take initiatives to go beyond just facilitator....after all it has resources like the office bearers who are professional, the support from Govt., and also legal power. If the forum cannot take proactive role than it has no use. more
I agree with both Raina Ji and Rajesh Ji. While the consumer helpline is a facilitator, I feel the service operators which includes Airtel etc. have themselves improved their service delivery. One case or several of them should not be taken as an overall delivery for any organization. Let us give them chance. Overall I feel telecom service providers are improving on their service - true one may face issues such as speed (data), voice call drop etc. But this is due to several reasons. more
