Cough & Cold Immune system

Cough & Cold- Immune System:-

For nearly one month now I have been taking "jau" water tea daily and have been relieved of the consistent nasty coughing which was continuing since last 4 months.

Take "Jau" (available at local pansari Rs.30/- kg clean it properly) one table spoon in half litre water and soak it overnight, boil it in morning make two cups ( one for you and one for your wife) drink it hot in the morning.

Remarkable results:
1. stubborn coughing totally gone
2. body will feel warmer and cold wave will not affect you even at 6.00 AM. early morning. more

By jau water tea u mean jau boiled in water or normal tea made from this boiled jau water more
Polshed Jau is called barley more
Barley is the polished Jau after removal of its fibrous covering. But please note it is the fibrous covering that is beneficial the most. It is the fiber that is helpful both in cholesterol and diabetes Yes it can be given to children also as it gives strength and immunity to the body. You should also try "Sitopladi " Churn (Zandu pharmacy). may be given one tea spoon with little desi ghee or little "malai" for children and adults alike for cold and cough. more
