Cowin app - show which vaccine against the center

As of now, when booking a vaccination appointment, cowin app shoes the slots available and paid or not.It would be good if it shows the following against the center)
- which vaccine (shield or civaxin) since the 2nd dose should be same as 1st
- the cost of getting vaccinated
- what does the grey circle represent (no appointments available or not yet slotted?

Also, some centers are not showing up. more

Some good news. I have been able to log issues in the cowin development site and the developers are responding to the issue. One of the issues that I had logged was the search by pincode and district not showing the results properly. So, the suggestion was to search by district BMP instead of Bangalore urban. The results were better. Not a perfect solution, but at least someone is listening. more
RS Sharma, The CEO of cowin app, owes an explanation to the citizens about the sorry state of the app, who designed it, what is and was the cost incurred. He seems to be the only owner in the entire covid gambit. For all other issues (shortages, beds, costs , ox cyl etc.) there are no owners to take accountability and responsibility. more
Here are more dents in the app: Without logging in search for pin code 560011. Shows Apollo Jayanagar as booked, Jayanagar hospital site2 31 slots available for may 3rd and others. Search by district Bangalore urban. These hospitals don't show up. Now, login to the app, search by pin code 560011. No hospitals, no slots, 3rd May is not shown, instead starts with 4th May. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ more
.Yesterday night, I checked for pincode 560011 and the app said NA (not booked) for Apollo hospital for 4th. Todaymorning, I checked at 430am and it says booked. Are ghosts booking the slots, or proxies from US or other countries?
This is without logging in, for after logging in there is no 4th. more
Some changes are visible on the app. Still there is lot of data inconsistencies and new UI problems. Loooooong way to go. more
The vaccine type us shown against some centers (very few). Search by district does not show the search by pin code centers for the district. And almost centers for all dates seem to be booked or "na" (whatever that means).
A reputed college in Bangalore told me that their IT students think that there is only a UI in an application. So, they requested me to take some sessions to undo this misunderstanding and tell them that there is also , data, backend, processing, reports etc.
But the cowin guys seen to know neither the UI nor the other parts of the app. They only know how to write grammatically error free code, not logically. Pathetic. more
Co-win app is badly designed as half the time, it does show only "no vaccination centre is available. Even after getting both the jabs, still it shows partially vaccinated, schedule now for the 2nd jab. It does not have the option to give time which will prevent crowding at the centres. My friend along with his wife and brother got the 1st jab done together whereas even now it says vaccinated for himself only and for his wife and brother, asking for schedule now. It has many flaws like this. Help line as shown in the app, does not help at all. more
