Credit Card Fraud - Card details available with fraudsters

I held two credit cards, ICICI Bank and SBI Tata Card, which I got last month.
On 17/4/18, I received a call from a female asking for confirmation of my personal details and card details. I divulged only the personal details and refrained from giving her the details of the cards.She read out all the details of the cards.
Shocking! How are the Credit card details available with these fraudsters? Information leakage from the credit card department of the above banks? Suspect Commission involved for sharing the money. Cyber crime rates have gone up in the last 3-4 years as the NDA government is insisting on digital payments. They want to build a sky scrapper of 100-150 floors with no foundation. Is It Possible?
After half an hour, both my cards were spent for Rs 20000/- each (total 40000/- ) and I received an SMS.
She called from mobile no 9560296726 - Airtel, Delhi Area and gave her identity as SBI employee bearing employee no SBINPS007141
I have lodged complaints in both ICICI Bank and SBI customer care and they have asked me to lodge a complaint with cyber cell.
I have lodged complaints in Delhi Cyber Cell and Local police.
Not received any feedback.

How the fraudster could put through the transaction without OTP is beyond my comprehension.. OTP must have been shared with the personal information. more  
We should not discuss any details on phone with any one . Calls must be disconnected immediately. Banks have already warned their clients not to share any banking details with any one. more  
Funny. I once was sitting in a train to start from CHENNAI Central. The train started 10minutes late. A lady celebrity rushed in and occupied opposite to my seat. After a while the lady told that traffic jam caused her late. Then she mentioned that actually the Railways should adjust its train timings taking into account the road traffic of the city. more  
The banks are repeatedly giving warning to their customers through SMS not to share any kind of details/particulars over telephone or through any other means on any excuse, as they (the banks) never ask for such details of their customers but you failed to strictly follow their guidelines and blaming now the government for promoting digital transactions. In foreign countries, particularly in western countries, more than 95% of transactions irrespective of the amounts involved are digitally made and public are quite happy that they need not carry cash, which is more risky. While making digital/online transactions in our accounts, we need to always remain alert & careful against such instances. more  
Only fraudsters ask for such information over phones with ulterior motives. No bank representatives ever ask for such information. So be careful. more  
Most pathetic that one hon'ble customer does not believe another customer ,even if his /her information is a fact/ correct ;may be he or she contacts through sms ,fraud can be detected through the contact no. as police have the tactics to detect such of them ;individual cases may be there .some time one can do mistake as it happens to me when some lady contacted me through phone referring to my mail to them regarding some clarification ; she started asking some personal datas ;suddenly I asked her how she can ask about my personal details which are already available with them ; I will not be in position to give any personal detail as it is regularly being asked by u that u never ask such/mailing us u never ask to provide any detail ;how I can believe that these are being recorded ;if at all u need from me please mail it to me ;so she did not continue .So it is not that card authority is never asking such ;in such case how one can guess that she /he is not genuine .If at all only one case is happening in such a way and if it turns as fraud it would be pathetic .To my experience ,the statement is not every time correct as 'The banks are repeatedly giving warning to their customers through SMS not to share any kind of details/particulars over telephone or through any other means on any excuse, as the banks never ask for such details of their customers' . more  
I used to receive number of phone calls on credit card related issues. My standard reply (which used to go repeating like a parrot) - "kindly give an e-mail at my registered e-mail and I promise to give you a reply within 5 minutes." Usually such scam stars would try to extend the conversation and ask the e-mail address, etc. But go on replying the same text. However, there is no harm in giving a rude,crude and unpalatable reply also - since such scam-stars can't go to police. Choice is yours. But golden (or diamond) rule is under no circumstances you should either give or confirm your Credit/Debit Card No./CVV to any one on phone. more  
Exactly ,it is correct way to tackle ;that means it is being asked on behalf of the banks when there is always happening in way to help the customer .but many time one may not resist to become cautious .Only god can save us from cheaters . more
