Customers are loosing their trust on Flip kart online platform

I am very sorry to bring your kind notice that flip kart selling home appliances assuring lowest price and best services to the customers. But the situation is totally opposite on the ground. The manufacturer and selling partner flip kart both looting public and misguiding customers in the name of services. Recently I bought a Godrej washing machine from flip kart, but the installation was so painful that I can not express you. Both Flip kart & Godrej brand is responsible for it. I will request to Indian customers be prepared for this type of harassment before buying the appliances from flip kart.

Dear anonymous member, Even if you buy online the contract for service and product warranty lies with the Mfgr company. In your case it is Godrej if I am correct. If the company doesn't do installation as promised you can go the consumer court. But keep all docs as evidence. Still I cd not understand what pain you had to undergo. Rgds Bala more
