DEAL HATKE is not refunding money

On 25th August I saw an advertisement in the internet (attached - m1.png) about a new device that solves all mosquito problems. Since, the mosquito menace in my area was very severe, I ordered one device online immediately, in the name of my wife. (attached - m2.png). The supplier had claimed in their site that it will catch all mosquitos. On delivery, I put on the device only to know that it was not at all catching any mosquito. It was a substandard, poor Chinese product. Immediately, I returned the product, intact, through Speed post, at my expenses and it was delivered in time to the supplier, M/s DEAL HATKE (https://www.dealhatke.com/) (attached -Returnstatus.png). A refund policy exist for them in their site. They asked me to provide my bank details for refund and I provided it. But they did not refund the amount. First they asked me to wait for a month, then they advised me to wait for two months and then for three months. It is now more than 3 months. Now they are neither taking my phone calls nor replying to my mails. How can I deal with such online traders and get back my money? Can anybody help? more

It is surprising that even after various complaints against the eCommerce companies appearing on this platform almost daily, people are still continued to become preys of these cheats out of their alluring ads. Local Circle can only suggest you for initiation of legal action against the cheaters. more
You are not sure about the quality of product which you buy on-line. I have stopped buying on line. Better go to market and select a suitable product. Shop keepers usually help in case of any defect. more
You apply to district consumer court. In this court you do not need any advocate, you yourself can pleed the case. more
Consumer forum also takes a long time and they should be given executive/juducial powers to fine the accused and no appeal should be allowed.I would like to advise that people not to be carried over by the offers in the internet when one does not know what it is .Normally all these cheap products are from china and our people get duped easily .Stop buying cheap items till there is some kind of law enforced on such sites selling products and fined more
