Dirty Construction Sites and Mosquit Breeding

Many construction sites of builders are breeding grounds for mosquitoes and are a menace and serious risk for people around.

Well there is some good news now. Dengue chickungunya and malaria have been made notifiable diseases under Epidemic Diseases Act and legal action will be taken against individuals or institutions found not following adequate measures or not informing about the cases to the authorities.

Everyone in Delhi and rest of India if you are serious to clean up mosquitoes take action and complain to police. Even parks etc and public places get your Municipal people booked.

They will all start acting. We need that, badly!!!! more

In place of Municipal bodies stringent laws are needed to govern and for security and safety more
Again we are least bothered about keeping our environment Clean. This is the cause of most of the diesease. CLEANLYNESS IS NEXT TO GODLINESS. more
But the main problem Mr.Yadav is that these benami sites belong to the law makers. Will they bring in a rule and enforce them is the million dollar question more
I fully agree with Shri Tiru Narayan and I am sure that it would breed corruption.Administration shall welcome this move. I may tell you that Nagpur Municipal Corporation has not bothered to reply a public grievance for more than 3 years even after about six reminders. Our administrative set up is overstaffed by at least 20%and that is one of the main reasons for not attending to their work. There is no responsibility fixing under the cover of Joint responsibility, just as everybody's business is no body's business. Things would fall in line if responsibility is fixed and heavy punishment of dismissal is inflicted on guilty/responsible. with a plethora of Vigilance Depts. how many convictions and terminations have been effected of IAS officers, other officers and/or other employees as a proportion of cases investigated and no of employees - negligible or nil. Vigilance and Vigilance Dept. is an eye wash. There is so much corruption that this dept. should be self sustaining - i.e. earn/ save govt. enough money to pay their salaries, perks etc. but they are a burden only desired by Administration. Municipal health dept . are supposed to take regular fumigation drive. But Nobody is carrying out. Now In Diwali season the heath dept. peoples will carry out for collection of Diwali Gift from residents. more
