Disgusting cowin app - does not send otp

My wife and myself have taken both the vaccine shots.
Now, our daughter is trying to book a slot, but the cowin app (apparently a new version) does not send the OTP. They have provided a login option also, but to create the login, an OTP is needed. And signing in with OTP is not possible since the OTP never comes.
We pride ourselves as the silicon valley, but the cowin app guys have proved again and again that they do not know how to develop an app.
Disgusting. Wonder how much they are being paid. A total waste of tax payers' money. more

You can download the "Arogya Setu" app which also pertains to the government of India and one can book a slot for vaccination through this app as well. more
I did not face any difficulty in booking slot through cowin app. Sometimes, problems occur and we have to try again and again. There no login in bringing the matter to this circle. more
my self and my wife both we have taken both doses of cowin. We have obtained the certificate after logging into the cowin site and got otp. Please wait and see, some times it may be due to crashing of site. All the best. more
I have registered all family member using smartphone. There was absolutely no problem. No use of blaming Govt. for every thing. It appears that most of us do not want to follow the correct procedure. Still you have problem use website wherein you will get the OTP immediately. more
You are lucky. Please elucidate what the "correct" procedure is for BOOKING

Tried "smart phone", laptop, desktop. Only device remaining is mainframe. more
I visited the Cowin site for my Covaxin second dose (first one I had on 15th April) - strangely this site does not have any template for contacting the people designated to run this app. I got an SMS from NHS reminding me that my second dose was due on 13th May. However with the shortage and Government dilly-dallying with use of print and digital media that it was OK for second jab even after 12-16 weeks(time buying technique). The site most prominently has the PM smiling at the public/user with a smirk - almost like saying: Fooled you. And Yes, the Government has been either fooling people or fooling around to buy time. I tried registration for second dose date and found that 25th(today),27th & 29th all dates are Fully Booked. Now who is manipulating? more
