Thanks to Dist. Consumer Forum for a quick decision in the case. Usually, there is delay. However, the Consumer Forum rules are not consumer friendly. There may be appeal in the State Forum. If no appeal is preferred, you my proceed with execution proceeding. more
I suggest you to file "Execution Application" in the District Forum U/S 25 and 27 of The Consumer Protection Act, 1986. I also encourage you to file the EA in person in the District Forum. Application format is available in the websites. In the Google just type " How to file Execution Affidavit after winning Consumer Forum Case.." and you will get the format of Application. Staff(s) of District Forum will also help you for submission of Execution Appeal. Take print out of the EA in the Demy Paper ( green colour) with verification (format given) and get it attested by Notary and then submit to the District Forum. Bimal Pal Kolkata more
Why the forum or court do not have its own mechanism to track if the order is fulfilled, if not fulfilled forum or court should take action. If a person do not attend one hearing summons are issued here mechanism works then why not for their own orders. Where are human rights / PIL activist ????? more
Sir, As per the order 30 days time is given and you are telling that 90 days already completed but the company not executed the order. Here you got two options 1 to file execution petition through your advocate who dealt the matter. 2to file contempt proceedings in the state high court. Any how consult your advocate who deals the matter first. On Fri, 29 May 2020, 09:31 SUNIL KUMAR SAHOO, wrote: > more
