I would also be interested to know why the limit should be 6months? more
Does the District Forums are working and disposing the cases ??? They are also taking too much time for disposal. more
Yes, District Forums are working and disposed the cases, but disposed should be within 3 months not to take long time then Consumer will be benefited and satisfied with the judgement/ justice. It is a good steps to becoming the rules strictly gradually. more
As a Consumer activist and Lawyer i say that increasing the Limit to ONE CRORE at District FoRUM is good. Also the time limit for disposal of the cases ( Three months as per the present act ) the time limit should be SIX MONTHS and must be strictly followed by the FORA which is NOT the case now. more
Will you please explain why there should be an extension of 6 months. Please reply as a Consumer Activist more
I THINK IT IS A GOOD MOVE. IT WILL BENEFIT THE CONSUMER. more
