After the new regulation, most of the subscribers have been facing difficulties to view the desired channels. I have been able to get it managed to some extent with a huge escalation of service charges. One subscriber may not have full right to select the 100 free channels of his choice, as channels are not listed. other channels once individually selected, it's very expensive. I have been using Tata Sky. The concerned DTH never responded responsibly. Still I am finding a tough time to have a few free channels in Bengali on Tata Sky. TRAI has clearly outlined, service charges will be less, now we find rather service charge is much higher with less no. of channels than earlier. Let the DTH service provider/ competent authority takes an independent study and we will have an opportunity to show how DTH service providers are looting subscribers. TATASKY is the best organized customer care among DTH Service Providers barring DD Free Dish which is not supposed to downlink PAY Content.Regarding your problem, got to site MY TATASKY and click MY Account. Then go to 1-2-3 feature and in 3 go to all channels. List with all programs and monthly rate will appear. Free to Viewer will have rental as ZERO. Tick the programs you want and submit. You will get dropdown monthly subscription showing PAY Content charges and Network Capacity Charges (on total count of programs selected including Free to Viewer )plus taxes. Mr khare ,no sir , I have Tata sky ,they are not giving my choice channels ,only they are asking to take package ,In package of Rs 449 , channels about 81 but I am using only 30 channels remaining 51 channels are waste for me.
