Ashok. Can you specify exactly which part of the Body your wife is experiencing tingling sensation? Does she also have numbness of any extremity part like fingers, toes, feet, hands or any other part. Once I had tingling sensation on my fingers and also numbness about 20 years back. That was due to Spondolytis. I was adviced neck excercises and I became alright. I am still doing those neck excerises and I am keeping fine. You may please give a feed back and I will be able to help you. Pervention at the right stage will help you curing the an early stage of the symptoms. What I have mentioned above about Peripheral Neuropathy is generally age related. more

Tingling in Lower parts like feet is known as Peripheral Neuropathy. Peripheral neuropathy, is a result of nerve damage, often causes numbness and pain in your hands and feet. Check B-12 and for Diabetes. Let me know and I will further guide you as I have the same problem for years. I know about this and have studied in detail. What is your wife's age. I am in my 83rd year. more

Mr Malhotra first get it checked that it is surely a vitamin B12 deficiency and nothing else. Secondly Vit B12 is only present in food from animal sources. Are you a non-veg? Liver part of goat is highly rich in it. If you are a vegetarian then she has to take shots of vit B12 if levels not improving with supplements. But please get the tests done before taking any treatment to rule out other problems. more

My wife is continuously experiencing tingling sensation for the last four-five months in different parts of the body. Many suggested there is a deficiency of B12 vitamins. In spite of intake of a variety of foods with B12 supplement, she is not getting relief. Can some member suggest home remedy? more
