There are number of ways by which Spurious Drugs dealers are selling spurious drugs. With advancement of Technology spurious drugs are manufactured and packed exactly like genuine. Only chemical testing by genuine manufacturer could establish the genuineness of the product. Even that some time is confusing. The best safe guard for general public is to purchase the medicine from a reliable dealer against the bill containing the batch number and expiry date mentioned on package. In case the medicine purchased is found ineffective in use, it is easy to trace and punish the dealer who have either manufactured or sold the spurious drug. more

Punishment for any dealings or trade in fake medicines should be massive, preferably capital punishment as the crime amounts to premeditated murder for profit. If government does not take action and bring in the requisite regulations, the perpetrators should be lynched. more
