I recently fell prey to a fake website Montblancindia.com that uses authentic Montblanc logo etc and was offering premium pen at 50% discount. Buyers beware. The product that they sent was in a shabby package and it was very different from what I had ordered. Now they are not returning my calls and I am struggling to get a refund. Posting it for awareness so that others don't fall prey like me. more
Most of thses thugs are available on facebook and fb has no sysytem even feedback to control them.i have found only three websites which return product and refund money. Flip, amze and snap. more

If you purchased using a credit card, please reach out to your bank... they would generally help within 60 - 90 days from date of purchase/card statement, and you should be able to get a refund. It would be nice to have some email trail showing you have tried following up with merchant and they are not responding. Good luck! more
