False information from Videocon d2h

On 18th Feb 2019, at about 7 am I received the following SMS from your service centre.

However, none of the selected channels was activated till evening and I was forced to see only free channels available.

Moreover, my available balance is reduced from over about Rs.4000/- to about Rs.3900/-. There is no response to e-mails to Videocon in this matter

Should I appropriate the harassing and mischievous nature of Videocon d2h?

They need money anyhow. We should stopped and byecot video on switched over to other operators if we see they are better. Let us find out better operators more  
These private operators looks more official than they really work. Give a complaint in their Helpline. more  
It was a blessing in disguise because the squatters on ground and Barsaati floor didn't allow me to get antenna fixed on common areas of the building, roof ,after I paid happily for annual fee of 5000/- five thousands plus to Airtel for DTH Money lost can't be retrieved but piece of mind stays on till date,after 4 years when I wasn't given permission in presence of qualified engineer and his team,who came to my first floor flat to do fitting on the common roof . My cable connection by DEN is giving me facilities to record the programme Besides that Netflix and Amazon are pretty good In case it helps everyone reading here on local circle Read suggestion given here by the learned people and decide what is best for you. more

Out of all the Service Providers, I too found that Videocond2h is the worst! They are not all bothered about their Customers. If and when one contacts their Customer Service Centre on phone, they seldom picks up the phones and after repeated attempts even whey they picks up the phone, customers are harassed by keeping them on waiting from 15 to 30 minutes duration by connecting to the "tapped" rotten music sound! Their Website did not disclose even basic details such as their address, Management Team, Names of Directors/Owners and their contact numbers,etc.,. Further, Customer Grievance avenues and their contact numbers,etc. basic essentials details are not disclosed at all. When questionned their Customer Service Team pleads ignorance about any of the above details and most surprisingly they do not know as to who is their top authorities or name of owners . One wonders as to why the Government and TRAI fails to make it mandatory for all such Service Providers to make proper disclosure of aforesaif basic details in their website itself? I suggest that no customer should opt for Videocon d2h and all existing customers should move out from this worst service provider. more
