Flight refund

I had an expereince on flight refund in the last month.

Airindia express not operated flight (till now not operated) and they deducted a huge amount.

The ticket was purchased thru yatra. com and they also deducted the same.

I have already made a complaint thru consumer affairs.

If flight not operated is this passenger issue, what shall i do now. more

Recently I have raised an issue against Airasia for Refund in my Bank Account & not in the credit Account , as the Flight has been cancelled due to their operational issues & Not COVID. you can send the mail to: nodalofficer_in@airasia.com more

For a marriage on April 26, 2020, I had booked 31 tickets in IndiGo. They are not refunding the amount. So, I am also in a bad situation. Can we fight the case together?
