flip kart sold item more than MRP

Flip kart cheated on me he sold Redmi 5A mobile phone more that its MRP. when i complain about this matter they are saying that they will not refund any amount and while contacting customer care they are not responding properly they are just giving 1day 2day 3 day time nad so on. I am very much disappointed. I am attaching mobile phone bill given by flip kart and scan copy of mobile phone box MRP. more

Ordered for AAA Eveready battery 10 not pack. Each battery costing Rs 15/- each as per package cost marked. Flipkart charges Rs the 240/-. As per package it would be 150/-. This is a loot. more  
DEAR NAVEEN JI,we are equally disappointed with this on line Indian avtar..FLIPCART.Please take guidance from the national help line for the CONSUMERS 1600 11 4000.Mean while,lodge a GD( complain) with the LOCAL POLICE STATION.You need some patience to retrieve your money from these cheaters.You also may write to the EDITORS of the leading NEWS PAPER about the way this BUSINESS HOUSE is harassing.cheating,adding mental stress to one buyer like you.Please avoid buying any product from Flipcart,if possible.With regards,BN DAS. more

Avoid purchasing costly item online. Knock the door of consumer court of your district. more  
There are so many complains that E commerce is cheating consumers badly, purchasing mobile, air conditioner and washing machine etc. Why you people still don't have a lesson? Failed to understand why you are so crazy to purchase such costlier items on line. There are no. of retail shops where company representative is attending customers. Till date our traders are not doing business with total integreity, it will take a long way. Now the only way to lodge a complain with all detail documents and other relevant inputs & put a pressure to deliver the right one more  
Please check the selling price and MRP. If doubt arises, you may cross check in the market. more
