FORD INDIA or FORGERY INDIA?

Yet another instance of the people of this country being taken for a ride. All four doors of my Figo started showing rust from inside from the third year of use, as did the quarter glass frame joint. The dealer, Ganges Ford, when reported of these during servicing, brushed the issue aside as minor in the third year, and, did some touch up paint over the rust last year. Obviously, the entire inner side metal has fully corroded by now and the doors just disintegrate when touched at the corroded points. That necessary pretreatment was not properly done during manufacture is very obvious. Ford is now conveniently covering up its faulty manufacture and absolving responsibility stating that the vehicle is 5 years old. Wonder if Ford will itself accept such prepostorous logic if the coated sheets on the roof of its own plant starts corroding similarly within in three years and disintegrates between the 4th and 5th year.
It is best that Ford vehicles are best left to Ford themselves to buy and use in India. more

I am also a dissatisfied customer of FORD company. I do try to communicate with company, they replied first 2-3 mails but when I keep on discussing with them they stop responding me. Your vehicle is just 3 yrs old but we Indians do not buy cars for short period. Let 1 or 2 more years passed and you will face serious expensive issue of parts and service. Their spares are not available in open market, secondly they do not provide spares if wanted to replace them outside their service station. Service and spares are too expensive. more
Not expected from reputed companies. more
All these companies are fooling the customers. Same, is the case with Hyundai, the keyless entry keypads, get eroded after 1 year, I have mailed them twice, even my spare key is damaged, my verna is 3 years old only. Nobody has bothered to reply me back. This is the level of service, we should all raise voice against these manufacturers, who do not treat their customers well. more
Write to the editors of all popular auto magazines and TV programmes ( overdrive, CNBS) with photographs. Car companies hate negative reviews being aired on TV or appearing on wide circulation print media, which influences buyer choice. more
U can try it,please more
