Fraud by Ferns and Petals

This is with regard to the fraud done by the website http://www.fnp.com/ (Ferns and Petals).

My cousin sister who stays in Australia, ordered rakhi for my brother on this website. Till date we have not received it. Order number is OR-16443695 dated 12-August-2015. On Fnp website it was showing delivered on 20-August-2015, however we never received it. Also now we are not able to even track the order when we enter the order details and email ID, as it does not go to the next step after entering the details. We received only an acknowledgment from Fnp with request ID 672250. A reminder email was also sent but in vain.
This is not only the case with us but with several others staying abroad who send gifts etc. to their relatives. Every year thousands of people send gifts to their loved ones staying in different countries on various occasions, and the people at the other end are eagerly awaiting their gifts. Out of these, very few people actually receive them. Fnp is eating our money and playing with the sentiments of people.
I request the Authorities to please look into the matter and ban this website and its services. Also please help in retrieving the gifts and parcels that have not reached their destination.
I also request the people who are reading this post to please stop using this website further and inform others also.

Thank you. more

We need to take these up and start having a wall of shame on localcircles like someone suggested a few months back. Their business will automatically suffer more
You may submit a complaint under cyber crime to Police officials and seek ban on the website. The sponsors of the web site has to be found out and put behind bars. They are to be banned for life from doing any business. Their assets are to be liquidated and payments are to be refunded to the affected customers. more
It's sad. Why don't you file a case against them in consumer court more
Pl.put up a request to our Hon.Minister for External affairs. Nice minister. You will get action so soon. more
The government should initiate stern action against such companies. Then only such cheats will learn a lesson. The onus of proving should be on the company not the complainant. more
