In fact, any online purchase is dangerous. What do these companies do - they print some amount and cut it, then another amount and cut it and the third amount is printed and told that you get 80 per cent discount. Whereras, the actual cost of the product in the market is the last amount mentioned. This is how customers are cheated by online companies. The best way to buy things is go to the market with money and bargain for what you want to buy. more
Times of India as has been said o ly preaches but does not practices. See its pricing. ₹4.50,₹6.50 like that. It allows the news paper agents to swindle 0.50 praise from every customer. To e pet the news paper agent to return the balance amount is only a day dream. Why can not the Times of India be honest and revise downward ly it's price and round it to a full rupee more
Times of India group preaches honesty in there media outlets every now and then. However they allow fraud sellers to use there distance shopping platform. Surprisingly they don't help the cheated customers to reconcile greavances against the fraud sellers. Two years back I purchased a hand drill through Indiates shopping and was cheated and moved pillars to posts for redressal. India times just washed its hand and stayed mum against my communications. I was fliceed about two and half thousand rupees.just because I relied on TOI group. more
First Mr.Francis Dias should TWEET this on Twitter and complain on FB and iInkedIn pages of Shopping.Indiatimes yes, we NGOs have already suggested the Appointment of a Regulatory body for ONLINE SELLERS with enough punitive measures for Cheating sellers. It is already recommended by the CCPC members for incorporation in Consumer protection Law more
As per my view there should be some regulatory body over these E-commerce Bodies. In pictures they show some product and send some other products. Here question is not the cheaper items but item should be the same as shown in the picture. more
