Furlenco is a poor service provider.

I took subscription from FURLENCO and after using the product, I raised request for unsubscribtion on 11th March for which FURLENCO had to pick up the product on 25th March and as all of you know that lockdown happened before 25th, so these guys were not abe to pick up the product and FURLENCO kept me charging.
I had raised unsubscribtion request because of the reason that I did not require it anymore.

I tried contacting them number of times through mails and calls but every time they shamelessly replied that it's not our problem and we will keep on charging you. My current bill has reached
Rs 3200/-

These guys are just trying to make up for their losses from customer's end. Currently, every other business is at loss and that does not mean you guys start charging customers unreasonably.
Why shall I bear the expenses and pay for your loss?

At this time of ongoing crises and pademic, everybody is trying to support each other which is really required but FURLENCO is trying hard to recover their losses from customer's.
Shame on you guys FURLENCO😠 more

There may be some problem during ongoing crises and pademic. Deal with the company with your record and they are bound to comply. more  
When you have already recorded your request to unsubscribe, why should you worry? Simply don't pay the bill and preserve carefully the records of your request for unsubscription. Why should you presume their reasons for not complying with your request and continuing to inflict their charges illegally! more  
You stop making the payment and take "No Dues" Certificate when they come to pick up the equipment more  
Yes, I have not paud anything after 12th March.
