Good delivery - tax component

Was comparing the food delivery charges of Swiggy, Zomato and dunzo. Swiggy and Zomato have a tax component in their bill, whereas dunzo dies not. The cost of the items are the same.
Any idea why S and Z add a tax component? more

May be towards the service rendered and to collect to accumulate to pay to Govt for any future demand. May be to offset the ITC received on the purchase more

May be a start up and enjoy tax exemption. But we must understand that all these are business entities and exist for profit. So, if there is anything wrong in their billing, that should be addressed. more
