GST on Service Charge Issue

The attached is example of gst on service charge. This lodhi restaurant is so notorious they will also charge service charge and gst on service charge even if you pick up a cake from there. Dont know how such places thrive given they are located right next to all the government. more

If you have time, efforts and money - You can lodge the complaint with Tax authority as well as in consumer forum to get it back along with compensation. A good example - worth to contest more
