Haier MRP not being lowered - profiteering
Haier refrigerator 278 liters had MRP of 34200 before July 27. now it has mrp of 32050. If rate reduction in gst was from 28% to 18% the mrp should have been 31528. This is at vijay sales in delhi. All customers must report such profiteering and authorities must book them. Attached proof. more

It is a strategy to woo the customer and to give some discount to sale the product. What ever it may be it is wrong practice. more

Though the price after the reduction is less than the would be M.R.P. at 18% . the trader has used a misleading method of calculation to woo the customers . This is also a violation . Matter has to be looked into by the anti profiteering . more

I feel the impact of GST reduction could not be straight a way the same % as that of reduction in GST. It also depends upon the input tax credit which is very difficult to ascertain by the consumers. No one would be willing to disclose all the facts and for that matter even our Govt will not be willing to disclose despite knowing the facts. The complicated rules are framed so as to complicate the issue not to be understood by common people. more
