HALLMARKING SCHEME..JUST A TOOL FOR LOOTING CUSTOMERS

BIS Hallmarking scheme becomes a knief tool for jewellers to cut the pocket of customers. Most of the jewellers do not follow any rules and regulation. Customer Itself do not know any rules due to which jewellers take advantages of it and looted customer with both hands. BIS knows everthing but he keeps his eyes close everytime. Most of jewellers who has not license or their license expired for selling hallmarking gold article are selling openly hallmarking articles. One example is M/S P.P.JEWELLER PVT LTD, whose license expires on 19/02/2018 but on his webpage still publish that we sells hallmarked jewellery only and displays at his retail showroom counter too. BIS do nothing. So BIS should be kept close. more

Hallmark rules loot jewelers as well as customers. This scheme was introduced to tear down the business of small-scale jewelers who had family business of jewelry. This scheme always means to restrict the gold business only to big houses who may pay handsome amounts of money to govt easily in the name of charges. You may easily recollect old memories and ornaments of the times of our grandparents. That time gold quality was far superior without any seal, leave alone hallmark or certificates. This scheme should be made ineffective and dissolved. more
