Harassment by IGL
I complained at IGL customer care, they said since it is linked with so many BP nos, it can only be done with back end, so they asked me to send mail to customer care. I send it first in the month of March, 1st week, and thereafter reminding them every 7-10 days. No action has been taken so far. And now i am totally frustrated by inactiveness of these enterprises.
Any other way, in which i can force them to take action. more
