HAVE THE BIG CITIES IN INDIA TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION THE CHILDREN’S LUNG SIZE, ITS CAPACITY &

THEIR EXPOSRE TO OUT DOOR POLUTION :

Are we aware that CHILDREN’S LUNGS ARE SMALLER FUNCTIONAL CAPACITY OF IT IS JUST 20 % OF THAT OF AN ADULT .

Children’s exposure to the pollution is far higher as they are short and close to the Ground / Floor.
Now these polluted city Administrations should ,

*Seek opinions and advice of Medical Specialists , Child development experts ? Next what best can be done on war footing as it concerns the breathing that will lead to severe life and death struggles .

*And more importantly , how to put an end AND ELIMINATE TOTALLY . That means go to the root cause of the Malady .
THOUGH THE ROOT CAUSE HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED WELL INMANY FOR A . CITIZENS AWAIT SPEEDY ACTION AND PUT AN END TO THIS MALADY . more

Till mow effective steps taken by government to eliminate pollution, NGT is issuing orders on papers but state government including BJP ruled state government are violating the NGT orders which shows how lame our system has become infront of corrupt bureaucracy and dirty politics. more
Our state will go mad on the pollution issue as constitution doesn't take responsibility of the waste generated through lavish lifestyle and consumerism.....??? On Mon, 16 Dec 2019 16:25:35 +0530 Jayakumar Daniel wrote > more
Citizens should also do their part to reduce pollution - where there is public transport ditch your private vehicles (it is not a social disgrace to travel by public transport), stop burning your household waste, stop smoking if you smoke, cover the entire building area if you are doing construction (the owner needs to force this on the contractor).... more
Thanks for reminding us of our obligation. more
Since there lack of knowledge and action about pollution, use of mask may be made compulsory for urban children. more
