HCFC bank credit card payment issue

Unfortunately due improper communication my Auto payment of credit card decline due to a very little amount and became series of auto payment declination. Due to some unauthorized transaction I have blocked the card till that they not given me proper notice to pay the amount and Keep sending the monthly credit card bill in my email. since I have blocked the card so not notice the bill and not got recovery notice too regarding the pending separately. Mean time Banker has issued 2 times new credit cards Without my application, without sending Physical card, without my knowledge/ approval and used it for their money making tool instead of issuing notice regarding payment of the pending/ recovery notice. As a result a huge amount in extra is pending on my Name to pay. Take care if Your a customer of Credit card User HDFC bank. more

Seems, we as consumers, are at the mercy of powerful banks and coys! If we opt for legal remedies, we pay hefty amount for the legal help and still not sure of logical verdict. Sad state! more  
A few years ago, I too had very bad experience with HSBC. my card was lost and sbd made purchases on it. I asked HSBC to give me details (address) of the shops from where the purchases were made so that i could get CCTV footage of the culprits. Surprisingly, they did not share the same with me saying they dont have the same??? Ultimately, I had to settle the issue with them. Even the complain to RBI went in vain, as the RBI officer (ombudsman) also expressed helplessness in forcing them to part with the information. more  
Use of Credit Card is very beneficials, but payment of Credit Card dues are always hot and sensitive. In case of a small mistake, you will be penalised heavily. more  
All banks are waiting for one mi-stack (knowing or on knowing). thy try to collect all benefits received last few years... more  
I also faced similar problem with HDFC Credit Card. I took it up to HDFC Managing Director & Bank Ombudsman and got full refund of wrong billed amount etc. more
