HDFC Hai Hai

So ... Payzapp and HDFC Banking support IDs not giving any sensible response, so I try phone. Ditto + they say to write to support (already done). So I tweet. They say to call or write to support (already done), give a grievance email. i write to them, they say to write to support. Does ANYONE at HDFC actually work? Or do they spend all their time batting customers around? No wonder their own CEO is selling their shares. Wonder how RBI is allowing it. more

Dear Mr Sapre, sir I am not sure if Directorate of public Grievances would be able to address complaint against a private bank like HDFC. To the best of my understanding DPG will address Govt Depts and Public Sector companies. For HDFC one will have to write to RBI ombudsman but that can be done only after you have tried with the Banking Ombudsman appointed by HDFC First. more  
Pathetic customer care services of HDFC. They are fat soul, will not listen even you complain all over. more  
This is case with majority banks, because we are going digital all reply are readymade no one read your actual issue Remain to safeguard our helth you are talking to dumb and blinds more
