Dear Mr Sapre, sir I am not sure if Directorate of public Grievances would be able to address complaint against a private bank like HDFC. To the best of my understanding DPG will address Govt Depts and Public Sector companies. For HDFC one will have to write to RBI ombudsman but that can be done only after you have tried with the Banking Ombudsman appointed by HDFC First. more
