If you are confident of the other customers coming to your rescue create a ruckus til he raises a bill at MRP . If not the wisest will be to walk out. Aren't there other shops ? Report the icase Weights & Measures department if you have any proof. more

Jot down in presence of a witness the incident on plain paper with time , place, and brief about the incident. Lodge consumer complaint with forum. Also complaint to weight & Measure dept either online &/or acknowledged written complaint. more
