Hewlett Packard is Misleading Consumers

Hewlett packard has released a survey saying For nine in 10 Indians, gaming especially on personal computers (PCs) helps relieve work and study pressure while reducing stress and inducing positive feelings in the remote era.

The same can be said about drugs. It is ridiculous that these multinational companies are doing such surveys to promote their gaming products.

Can LocalCircles please do a survey and bring out how so many children are getting addicted to gaming in the nation during this pandemic.

These guys must be booked for misleading consumers. more

It is better to overlook such ads. Meanwhile, the government authorities should look into this as also the credentials of the company concerned. more
Gaming is amazing. Sadly, Indian millennials don't rely on facts. Nowadays, if someone don't agree with your point of view, then, they're called anti-nationals. Pathetic! more
Yes, it is ridiculous that these multinational companies are doing surveys to promote their gaming products. more
They can be dragged in to the consumer commission on a written complaint by a consumer. If one is user of HP computers & play games on it, spite of playing one feels no happiness. Instead of one gets addicted of it & goes into mental & physical imbalance. Then it would be perfect case. Although if survey can be done on computer gaming addiction & side effects on brain & body, then HP also can be dragged in consumer commission for misleading advertisement. more
Well as per my personal experience, I agree with the HP claims. Games do relieve stress. It is up to us how we indulge ourselves in this. Every thing has its pros and cons. Limited time gaming has always been recommended, even by doctors. It makes your mind more active, these games can be in any form digital (PC or mobile) or manual (outdoor, indoor, board etc.). more
