How Indigo treats Passengers at times

Would this be a matter between two private parties, a police case or could the consumer affairs department corner the airline for treating its paying consumers like this? more

This is an unacceptable act regardless of what the passenger did. Action warranted against Indigo. more
This is one of the worse treatment to a flight passenger I have ever seen. The polite approach of the ground staff is not at all seen. The body language of the staff members says it all. They should know how to welcome the passengers... They should be punished according to law. more
Have we really known the complete incidence? It is necessary to find the reality from co-passengers. It is definitely bad on the part of Indigo employees to misbehave but how and why it started. What exactly passenger wanted against the acts of the staff of Indigo. more
The video shows only a part of the incident which does not indicate the source(s) of the incident. Its also a big question as to what the fellow passengers and other people in the airport as well as sitting the bus standing beside the incident of manhandling of the passenger were doing. Have we Indians become so self centred and heartless that our conscience does not provoke us to come forward to the rescue of others in distress ! Its also a shame ! Until the source of the incident provoking the Indigo people in such a way is made known, its better to refrain from making any comments. However, the brutal actions of the Indigo people towards the aged passenger has to be critically condemned with demand for stringent action against them, which must be followed up by the social activists and justice to the affected passenger be ensured. more
Like Driver made victim while now CBI found a 11th cl. Student alone Killed the 2nd Cl.Boy Provocation is dangerous . more
True. Security in Airports is of prime importance. How ever the law cannot be misused to treat a passenger in a bad way. They must know the passenger travelled in the flight, landed on ground and is catching the bus to reach the terminal. Why should the security force inconvenience the passengers by asking them to form a line. when a flight lands there are more passengers and at least two or three buses may be on the landing area to help passengers. The gates are wide and there is no need to form a queue. It is a wanton fault of the ground staff to ill treat the passenger. more
Indigo should be grounded for their criminal behavior. more
