IFB & IFB Service Centre Magic Services MG Road - Cheating Customers & fudging Data

I had registered a complaint with IFB Call Center on 14-Jul-15 for my Front Loading Washing Machine, Senorita 8 Kg (worth Rs. 37,000) for a faulty door that would not close.

This is my 10th complaint in last 2 years (Machine comes with 4 year warranty).

Since they come do something and get it running for few days, i had resigned myself to the fact that IFB is a poor product and maybe i wil have tol change to another machine after warranty gets over.

But guess what, this time for my complaint registered on 14-Jul-15 which was acknowledged by this mail "Dear Customer, against your recent call a Ticket is generated i.e Ticket 15985056 and the Technician will visit Shortly." nothing happened, so i called again on 18-Jul-15 and also wrote on their site i again got this response -

"Dear Mr. Shantanu,We regret the inconvenience caused to you. We have also escalated the concern to our branch office to have it attended.
Again regret the delay and inconvenience caused.
Regards,Glivena Vaz, IFB Customer Service"

Today on 22nd Jul when i called, i was told this complaint was attended to by Magic Services their service center on MG Road on 20-Jul-15. When told that no one had called from IFB let alone visit and rectify the complaint, i was told that's what Magic Services (some called Raman or Amarendra) had written on their end and closed it.

This is the heights they go to... they think that by taking money and fudging data, the service center is cheating IFB, and IFB is cheating the customer.

Who is going to take responsibility ????

Actually Karanji Chahar everywhere theres corruption hence the grievances dont reach top Chairman and MD .These low-level persons demand money and dont do work as they are not able to solve the grievances as they have half-knowledge.Technically they are not qualified for sales team but they have ghamand and crookedness. more  
with IFB, after sales service is a major problem. I purchased a front loading washing machine of IFB in 2007,no problem till the machine was working but once machine started giving problem, I was fed up with the 'after sales service, they were very prompt in collecting the AMC amount but after collecting AMC amount no complaint was attended in less then one month and some times it took upto 2 months. in the last I decided not to pay AMC and not to buy any IFB product. more  
Generally IFB machines are good but they appoint a wrong agency to attend the faults. the Agency take there own sweet time and do a nasty job. The company/customer care should have a proper monitoring system and check with the customers about the complaint's status. present its other way round. Hope IFB will improve its services in India. more
