We have been a user of IFB washing machine and dryer but the customer service model is ineffective. Recently called their service center but due to their slow systems, complaint was not registered by them. Local tech promised thrice but never showed up. Finally called the customer service again this am. Same issue, the rep cannot take the complain because the applications are slow. Does not have pen/paper to jot down the details and wants one to keep calling in again in case their systems are able to register a complaint later.
All considering buying another IFB appliance may consider this in their decision making. more
Inspite of demand in the market the consumer product companies have become lethargic to customer requirements. If this is a result of privatisation, then it will not last long. more
Yes, their after sale service is poor and also want to sell some accessories or cleaning agent while called for service. And the product just jumps from the original place without stability..... I had paid for annual maintenance contract, but never came for periodic servicing! more
Nonfunct IFB machines are more in India and this circle had earlier given few suggestions also. Please go viral by facebook and yahoo as well through other medias. Refer to Time of India of date where in details of consumer forum website given. Lodge your complaint. more
