IFB

Hi, I have IFB top loading washing machine bought just 3 months back. I have an issue and have raised a complaint 2 weeks back. One service person called me and asked about the issue and in next 5 minutes I received SMS stating that the issue was resolved. I have called their helpdesk, mailed to them but no use. Twice they shared Area service manager, Bangalore and Karnataka manage but none of these numbers actually exists. When I read their Facebook page, I realized I am not the only fool and there are hundreds of them who have been fooled by IFB. STOP BUYING THIS BRAND IF YOU NEED PEACE OF MIND. more

Send them a registered notice. If they do not respond in time, please proceed with your complaint with the DISTRICT CONSUMER REDRESSAL FORUM. Request for replacement of the machine immediately. If there is no positive response from the company, do file a petition before the CDRF of your district for replacement and compensation with court expenses. You will be successful. It is because we do not approach the authorities we are side-lined. It is equally applicable to Mr. Satish Raheja also. If there is a complaint, please ask them to rectify it by a registered notice. If they do not respond positively within the stipulated time, please feel free to file a petition before the CDRF. You have to pay only a hundred rupees for filing a petition. Pl dont hesitate. more
Now a days cheating is going like anything by most of the companies. I am also fighting against LG. It is noticed that, our law are so weak that, such companies escapes easily or at nominal cost. Incidently , many companies like Pepsi, LG, Coca Cola etc. comes out with "Win a Price scheme". People buy their products and go on waiting for results. Nobody get to know when, who and how the price is won. They also write tiny lettered terms and conditions which is also also against consumer and it just protect such companies. This can happen only in India, because our dirty politicians mentality, weak law and division of people. more
