Illegal sale of flat by buider

I purchased flat which is mortgaged by builder before sale but not acknowledged us. I have home loan for my flat.
In this case what approach will help me to register flat on my name? more

I went to bank with which have home loan...they told we verified all the documents as per global process for all banks. they don't verify EC. It's not included in their documentation verification list. They told I can go to consumer court against them. their side they are very ok as I checked with SBI also. Please suggest me whether can I take any other action against builder. Thanks, more

If you have loan on your flat ? So this bank didn't check proper documentation before disbursement . You can file police complaint and take receipt to local consumer court. more
