Indian Consumers cheated by ITC Ltd

Let me bang an unimaginable breach of trust of Consumers by no less than so far Highly respected ITC Ltd. that too before its most respected Chairman passed on the baton to new incumbent CEO --- SHIP Superior Match Boxes containing 35 Sticks against Printed 40 Sticks in each of "PKD 10/16" Pack of 10 Match Boxes - thereby cheating the trust of billions of unsuspecting Consumers by 12.5% by short-packing 5 Sticks in each of Match Boxes - blindly bought and used day in and day out throughout the country ??? Can a case of criminal breach of trust and Cheating be booked by way of cognizable FIR at local Police Station against CEO of ITC Ltd, Manufacturer at sivakasi and local retailer / store incharge here ? more

I can only comment Sh. Surendra that it is sickening ...the point is I am sure the CEO would not be aware of the happenings .....the match makers I guess are the culprits more
The whole idea of corruption can not be abolished from india. It is not only the industrialists or businessman but the whole of indian politics is only corruption, these are the people who are paying unaccounted money to these people so that they win the election by pomp nd show which we saw in recent UP elections.Every one was showing financial muscle. Not only this but the extreme of bad mouthing was an examplery. The politics has now become a big business for all parties,no one is exception. No one would care for what the public thinks or what pain public is facing. There would be only few examples when in such cases concrete actions have been taken. we have lost the hopes.Let us still fight for our rights. However, fighting will help to some extent only.Better,we all must have a clear cut determination to find a permanent solution by installing a government where the government itself takes care of such cheaters and no fighting required. Under present circumstances we have to fight leaving our own priorities and business. Is this not a government job to look into such irregularities automatically? more
Individuals should sion of the company and must file a suit in the consumer forum mentioning the intentiion of the company to make money. more
