In India, according to TRAI there was no problem of call drop and internet service connection to the 1.2 billion people unless modi ji had one. but the sad reality is companies are not listening to people they are not even letting us complaint to there so called customer care service by blocking a user now what a customer should do more
I am writing this to you from America where I have been since 1962 ... The difference between the US economy and Indian economy is that "In the US economy, buyer is the king, while in Indian economy, seller is the king!!!... Cheater seller is an Emperor !!!" ... And the reason is that we did not have Government that took care of buyers for 60 years!!! ... So the cheating was rampant and consumer could not do anything ... Things are slowly changing now, but it takes time to get rid of bad habits ... Mr Mahesh Kumar's comments are very true. I have an Airtel USB dongle for internet connectivity on the move. Interestingly, the connection cuts off after around 5-10 minutes all the time. Repeated demonstrations to Airtel offices have yielded no results. Imagine, I am in the middle of a banking internet transaction, and line cuts off. They are taking us for a ride. more
