Irrational functionality of mobile /internet SP's
Pursuant to the below post about reliance jio, there are other service providers like idea and Vodafone who are also quite competent in their unethical behaviours and activities.
Idea internet data card was purchased by me and the data consumption was so high that 1 Gb was consumed so quickly that I got anxious despite not using their data most of the time
They charge for value added services and give you a hefty bill to pay which will force you to replace the connection with some other better service like Tata.
Vodafone India tracked my day to day activities thru their internet connection and also tapped my phones last year tiĺl early this year. Such is their way of dealing with customers who depend and believe them to be a good service provider.
BSNL Wi-Fi connection was hacked with the help of the modem supplier Digisol who had earlier contract with BSNL and now has been removed and replaced with some other supplier. The reason behind is still unknown but there was some political involvement in Gujarat behind this due to my active presence in local circles, which I have reduced due to the online violence created by our elected politicians.
I wrote to pmo office indicating my suspicion on a couple of companies whose licence needs to be revoked but my grievance is still pending and action has been initiated and forwarded to Gujarat Government , but the government is in no mood to take strong action on the people behind this as they might be pondering over the election and wait till they are voted to power again.
Whatever has happened is a clear violence with some people nearby my residence also involved in this act, whose name has been forwarded to pmo
However if no action is to be taken then the successful governance the country is talking about has failed miserably. more

All operators try to befool public on some issue or other.In my Wi-Fi bill they have charged for "Value added service (VAS)" Seven3RockersBollywoodBuzz-99-N and have charged Rs 99/-.I have never told them to start this on my Wi-Fi. more

Probably almost all mobile service providers are uniquely similar in one approach :- Ignore the customer grievances and continue looting them. Reason is :- a belief that nothing wrong could happen to us inspite of doing wrong things deliberately. The Solution is :- heavy penalty provisions for those found guilty. Double heavy penalty for repetition of event. more
