Is ola electric scooters a time bomb

Ola electric scooters is a big NO, like a real big no. They are burning up reversing while accelerating and many disasters have taken place already, like 1500+ Of them have had issues and probably thousands more that are unreported.

ola instead of being humble About it and fixing things is engaged in assassination of customers character saying they were speeding or xyz.

With attached note issued by Ola electric, it seems that they've taken not just the right to track customers but also publicly disclose data about customer behaviour. If they haven't taken these rights in their privacy policy then this is a violation of privacy.

This disclosure basically tells customers that ola doesn't just track you. It also reserves the right to publish data about your riding behaviour and share it with the world.

Also If they wanted to disclose that the customer was speeding at the time that the accident happened, what's the rationale behind disclosing that the customer was speeding prior to that as well? That's basically a means to attack the customers character. more

This is nothing unusual, we are in habit of throwing blame on others. EV is a problem, recent incidences indicate so. But our Govt. is still sleeping on it. Yet no decision is made. user life is not perhaps very important. more
Looking to several incidents of firing in Ola Electric Scooters during last few months, it is high time for the government to act and ban further production and selling of the vehiles of this brand. Looking to the human life risks involved, immediate action is needed. more
I am really surprised at claim of 115Km Speeds and 95 km Speeds for Electric Scooter on Indian City Roads. Even on highways, it is difficult to reach 115km speeds and maintain it due to heavy traffic. are these graphs real? more
Probably riding an electric scooter is not the same as riding a petrol scooter when it comes to accelerating, braking, overloading, balancing etc. So unknowingly many riders may be continuing their old style. This may be leading to more accidents. To keep themselves safe, the company may be tracking the riders. This is only an assumption and in no way meant to justify the accidents. After observing accidents arising out of such wrong practices, the company should have improved their designs suitably; eg accelerating could be limited to a predetermined figure and overloading could simply trip the "engine". more
