All i know is if a person has a problem online - they take so much time to even reply - like the other person just go forget about the problem or lucky if it got sorted out itself ? that reason face to face anything is the best always - plus the phone hang up issues- space issues - network issues - was technology supposed to give us these so called acche din ? Plus if customer has to do all the work you are actually forcing us to do? Then start paying us like you pay the youth and gen next big fat salaries ? Plus first teach that level of tyecxhnology in physical class rooms at your own costs as its only in your own interests? yes let the small vendors sustain themselves?
