Issue on DTH & cable service.

The issue is not only limited for DTH but is also for Cable service provider. With wrong interference from TRAI, the end user (viewer) are made to pay more than double, with few channels.
Why the end user are made to suffer ? TRAI has no answer. Will they allow to return to old system, even after opposition ? more

almost all families uses Cable these days. Whole India (all family) paying every month Rs 130 as NCF fees for 100 Free channels. most of the viewer never visited these Channels. Which is never charged earlier. How it is justifiable by TRAI. more  
I used to pay Rs.505/- per month for years with a cable service. Now with the new rules I pay Rs.357/- with my choice of channels but I still do not see three fourths of the free channels which I pay for unnecessarily. Why should we pay Rs.130/- plus NCF charges if we are not watching these channels given by the cable operator? more  
I buy Thomson tv after 3 months use some problem occurring I complained in customer care through mail they are not solve problem there is no response more  
It's bull sheets. Innovative way of looting public. Trai and these people made sure to increase rate indirectly more  
Yes, TRAI has not done justice to consumers. Expenses of all the consumers have increased. I have two suggestions: (1) NCF charges of ₹130+GST are too high and should be reduced to ₹ 30+GST and each consumer should be provided 5 DD channels of his / her choice free. (2) Consumer must be free to select channels (FTA/Paid) or packages as he / she likes from the list of packages / channels (mix up of channel/packages allowed) and pay for the channels / packages selected as per the prescribed fee. more
