The inefficiency of our banking system regarding ATMs are once a acct is debited for lack of cash next with in 24 hours it should be recredited to the account .as in other countries. It takes long to get your act regularised. Once a transaction is cancelled after using once the rectification is taking along time ,that too after giving a letter requesting for recreditting. These small things go along way that we have matured as democracy. more
RBI should take note of the points and advise the banks accordingly. more
All the problem are genuine problem faced by each of us and can be solved ,if the banks take the problem as a problem seriously. They should pay the penalty to the customer for any inconvenience caused to the consumer as they are taking annual charges for the service provided to the consumer. more
Be aware, On 10/05/2016 from Axis bank kiosk used my Kotak ATM card to draw ₹10000/=.but to my shock I found 20 notes in which 19 nos. ₹500/=&in the middle one₹100 /=. Though I complained at both banks by verbally and posting Email yet to be resolved. . more
EXACTLY. SIMULTANEOUSLY WHY CHARGING ANNUAL FEES BECAUSE BANKS EMPLOYEES GETTING LESS BURDON TO SERVE ACCOUNT HOLDERS.EVERY ACCOUNT HOLDER SERVING THEMSELVES THRO ATM . PASSBOOK PRINTS . DEPOSITTING CASH . EMPLOYEES ARE WORKING WITH LESS LIABILITIES THEN WHY SHOULD PAYS ATM ANNUAL CHARGES. more
