Jio Mart Experience

My wife placed first order on Jio Mart on 2nd July 2020. The delivery boy never came but reported that the customer refused to take delivery. So she asked for the money paid to be refunded. Despite several reminders ( we already have three Service request Numbers till date ) no refund has been made.

So in case you are planning to order on them, make sure you order on "pay on delivery basis". There system is a Beta version. If things work then fine but if something goes wrong then they themselves are at a loss to solve the problem. more

Jio mart experience is very bad. Packing is very poor. liquid item (shampoo) leaking. Fruits and vegetables are not in a bag which is necessary in corona time. items not delivered in full and refund amount not received after 10 days. Also SBI credit card payment cash back is also not received. communication is very bad. mail bounce backed. more  
To be fair, even Amazon has gone through similar teething troubles many years ago. Walmart/Flipkart are also wading through the mud of inexperience in India. Let's hope JIO improves with time. more
