I have noticed that there are some ecommercensites who "to make the sale" say "just one left in stock" then once you buy and in many cases you go back they still have stock.
Is there anything illegal about such sales tactic or is it permissble ? more
These are all cheap sales gimmicks practiced not only by e commerce sites but also in real estate.. like only 2 flats available and rest sold to make the potential customers to be hooked but after 1 year the same customer comes across the same ad with many flats vacant..The buyers have to be careful as there is no law preventing these type of ads..unfortunately.. more
