mac book 15'' with Ratina Display

I have very bad experience with service at Apple service centre.My Mac Book Pro has problem with power switch since beginning, I have explained same to service centre at Bangalore as well at Mumbai.They have not attended this problem except reformatting the laptop.

Even after paying handsome amount, we find the product supplied by Apple is having problems due to faulty hardware. They never attend to it. Simply ask you bring back again problem persists.

Company like Apple is not worth trusting for its after sales services. more

If the reputed companies go back from their service, only God can help. more  
here again we always thought that if govt is not doing then who will do it.... according to me each and every gadget, or electronic goods should have guarantee rather of warranty. coz a seller do not take any responsibility even though collecting money from the buyer/consumer further he will divert to service centre. it is better if you lodge complaint to consumer grievances.. and wait till you get the positive result. verdict. ( a long process).... i feel you should do something that company will remember you. more  
It is useless to run here & there because no body will listen, better buy another phone. I am also a victim of Apple. I being a loyal customer bought a new iphone least knowing what is inside the box you have been handed over. You will never know that the company is selling and handing over tempered, recycled, upgraded and modified iphone in the guise of a new phone and tomorrow if we need go to service center you will receive a shock of your life for the acts which we have not done. I had submitted the iphone 5S for service/repair on 11/2/2016, Job # DPP110216167665 with APPLE SERVICE CENTER (M/s B2X Service Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi-110034 INDIA CIN:U74120MH2010PTC203520). The customer service representative opened and inspected the set before accepting the set for service. On 16/2/2016 I was telephonically informed that “you can take back your set as the same has not met the company's screening test which found that the device is damaged & so on”. I was shocked and trembling with anger on listening such a utterly false allegation. I tried to convince that the set was never even shown to any outsider and was opened for the first time only by B2X executive for inspection before accepting the same for repairs. I didn't collected the set from the service center and on 18/02/2016 spoke at the toll free number 18004252779 and later on with BHAGYASHREE DONGARE from Singapore office who gave case ID number 1051238285. Then again I was informed that the mobile could not be serviced by the company. I strongly contested the claim because I have not shown or handover this phone to any third party/ unauthorized person since the time set was handed over to me by Apple in Australia. Now the question arises where the mobile gets tempered and got damaged. If at all some tempering has been done in the mobile set, it could be either at Apple, Australia -who might have given this tempered set to me or some foul play by Apple, India. Thereafter I had taken up this matter with Better Business Bureau Then also the company refused to service the phone on the plea, that the iPhone is internally modified, which Apple does not attribute to a manufacturer's defect. Appeals to Tim Cook, CEO of the company also proved futile. I am feeling completely cheated by the company and its hypocritical practice and claim of customer support and satisfaction. I am of the opinion that Americans are the biggest cheaters more

A/D post to the dealer / party immediately and claim cost and damages as per estimate and tell them to pay up within 7 days failing which you should file a case in the District Consumer Forum.I know these private parties .They are wicked to the core do not listen to reason unless you bring them to justice. more
