I tried to book a ticket on makemytrip.com in Fabruary, 2015. The booking failed but Rs.36000+ was debited. They promised a refund, but after a lot of reminders over telephone and emails, they have not given the money back. Can I file a complaint with Consumer protection online? more
Two years before ,I booked ticket, through their online site. They conformed ticket and transferred money too. After two days they told additional money is required for validating and issuing the ticket.If not paying additional money, they told they will refund full amount. But not like that. Portion of money deducted .I followed many time .Not yet refunded. more
You may file online complaint on official website of consumer affairs department. This may not yield results should MakeMy Trip decide not to participate in conciliatory efforts initiated based on your complaint. Best will be to send a legal notice to MMT and thereafter file a written complaint before consumer forum having jurisdiction more
