MANIPULATION OF MEDICAL BILLS BY HOSPITLAS.

The conditions in the hospitals have reached a point of no return and the patients are now forced to take the law int heir own hands. However, with a private doctor in-charge of the central health ministry, things are not at all under control and all complaints are thrown into the dustbin.I have personally faced such an ugly situation in the ICU of a local hospital here in Faridabad, that I suffered untold miseries while lying there while the staff and officers enjoyed phisically during the night, and I could not even call the attendent for the pot.It has reached such shameful stage that we have to take the law in our own hands to save ourselves. more

There is a lot of non-acceptable happenings going on in the medical field. The following are some of them which need to be addressed by Government and Public. - The hospitals have become highly commercialised in their working and Doctors and Nurses alike are not at all sincere to the work chosen by them - The doctors referring to specialisations in order to increase the money making potential. For Eg. Dietician advise in hospitals is one I have not found to be of any use at all. - Some services have come up in the name of Geriatric care and house visits. The charges are exorbitant and service zero - Is it acceptable to Medical Council if a Doctor refuses to make house visits if a patient is unable to come to his clinic due to inability or old age?. more
