Mantri Realty builder is not trustworthy
Beware of buying apartments from builder Mantri Realty. I purchased an apartment from this builder in 2009. It is not ready after 5 years. Now builder has got some doors which were used in another project and fitting them here.
There is a consumer court case in state forum against the builder where he is trying to delay the argument by not appearing. more
